I%26#039;m going to be making a web site for somebody and I have to do it without it costing anything. I know of free web hosting from Angelfire and Geocities, but I really would like something that doesn%26#039;t have any pop-ups, addbanners, or long URL names. I also know how to turn my computer into a web server, but I%26#039;de really rather not. I%26#039;de like to have a decent amount of webspace, PHP %26amp; CGI capabilities, no pop-ups/ad-banners, short URL name, no file-size limit, and a high data transfer limit. Does anybody have any recommendations?
