Free web hosting?

I need free web hosting, it needs FTP access to easily upload the files for phpBB. It doesn%26#039;t matter how long the URL would be. Needs to have a reasonable amount of space. Post the best ones you know that has FTP and can host a forum (don%26#039;t give me a link to some free forum creator, like ipbfree.com or something like that) need proper hosting. And allows to make a database for the forum and please no ads.

The only thing that I (optional) chose to do was register my domain with them for $9 - and I can access my website for free; only pay for domain each year.

You are looking for a lot of %26quot;free%26quot; stuff. I really doubt that you will get everything you want for no charge.

the registration opens at random times of the day, though, so you need to check it often for openings (they say it%26#039;s optional). It%26#039;s ad-free and has customer support via a forum where questions and answers are posted by 110mb clients.

you can use FTP with it, but it%26#039;s not really a %26quot;need%26quot;; I didn%26#039;t use FTP and it worked fine.

there%26#039;s awardspace.com too; this one really needs FTP access. you can have as much as three subdomains, i think, and your own e-mail address (but i think the latter%26#039;s for paying clients). ad-free too.

Other Replys:If you are serious about websites either for personal or your business, don%26#039;t go to free web hosting as they are usually not reliable and you may end up losing all your hard work. Free web hosts usually put advertisements on your websites and it could be annoying.

If you like to create websites (usually you will end up more than 1 website, I got more than 100 websites in about 6 months%26#039; time), go for multiple web hosting services where you could host all your websites in one account.

Other Replys:I am willing to open a website listing the most popular free web hosting companies and I have reviewed hundreds of them. Unfortunately as far as I know there is not a free hosting service which match your requirements.
